It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 11-5-12

Welcome to It’s Monday!  What Are You Reading!  This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

This meme is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. Hope you enjoy reading what I’m up to this week!

Currently Reading:

A couple of repeats from last week:

The Art of Mending by Elizabeth Berg. Actually, I JUST finished this one moments ago. I had been listening to this as an audio book, and I think it has definitely tainted my enjoyment. I may be done with audio books for the foreseeable future.

Nature Girl by Carl Hiaasen. This one has been put on hold because two books I ordered came in from the library, and since those have an actual due date, it’s gotta wait til I’m done.

In the Woods by Tana French. One of my library books that I put on reserve a month ago. It finally came in this week and I’ve dived right in. I have wanted to read Tana French ever since Amazon recommended her latest one to me, repeatedly. I implicitly trust Amazon’s recommendations, as I’ve spent a lot of time weeding out the garbage.

Afterwards by Rosemund Lupton. This is from my Friday Finds. I haven’t started this one yet, but the library had it and so I’ll be reading this after I’m done with In the Woods.

Reading for Review:

Searching for Julia Stone by Deborah Monk. Just finished this one last night, review coming soon on Literary R&R.

The Vanity Game by H.J. Hampson. It’s about a soccer player (ok, football for you non-Americans) who is dating a pop star, and they are A-list celebrities. Hmm, sounds like the very hot David Beckham and his lovely wife Victoria, does it not? Not too far along on this one, so no feelings on it yet.

That’s it for this week! Happy reading, everyone!
